Workouts: 3 (need to do better)
Soda:0
Treats: I did pass up some birthday cake, however I DID consume 3 (small) brownies, 2 milkduds, and 3 handfuls of movie theatre popcorn. (not so good when my goal is to have one dessert/treat per week)
Sleep: still need to go to bed earlier
Water: still pretending I am a camel :(

Way to go on the no sodas, that is a task in itself. I was awfully proud of myself that I made it through a whole grave and didn't have one soda (not even a diet one). Let's just say it was a loooooooooooong night! Amen on the Camel, I have decided I need to find a nice insulated water bottle that I can lug around.
