52 Mondays came to me in a fit of New years resolution fury. It seems I am always starting my "diet" or exercise plan on "Monday"! Well lots of "Mondays" have come and gone and my butt and thighs are still as thick as a Chick-filet shake (you know what I'm talking about!!) That is when I thought OK there are 52 Mondays in year...52 is a doable number of making small changing in my life that will hopefully change to number on the scale in a downward fashion. Week 4 Get your groove on!!!


I am getting my post in now. In about an hour I am off to go stay with Dani for the week. Yeah!!! Hopefully we will get some good workouts in, while I am there. I ran 5 days this week. Didn't get any ab workouts in though. We purchased Dance Dance reveloution this week. Chris and I have been bustin a move almost every night. I didn't really expect this game to be a workout. My calves are killing me. It turns out this game is probably better than running on the treadmill. It even has a workout setting. I really like it. Lots of fun!! Still have not lost or gained anything. I really need to start working on my eating habits. have a great week. I know I will.

  1. The Dance Dance revolution sounds like a lot of fun. Don't get discouraged with not seeing the results you want. unlike the simple laziness on my part, you're not seeing as much loss because your so close to your ideal weight that your body won't give up any extra very easily. Have fun visiting Dani.
