Don't think you can never enjoy the occasional splurg (life it to enjoy, and since we don't participate in most of the vices that life has, food should be enjoyed once in a while). The secret is "occasional", in fact a high calorie meal once in a while (not 2-3 times a week) will actually help you keep from plateauing. Of course sometimes it is better to indulge in high calorie items you "really, really" want. Keep up the good work ladies, you are all on the right track.
